We are seeking a skilled Parallel Import Buyer to join our dynamic team at Nupharm. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare by sourcing high-quality products from approved suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support relationships with suppliers through various communication channels, including face-to-face meetings and site visits.
  • Negotiate and purchase from approved suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and stock criteria are met.
  • Actively seek out and research new products, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Ensure all purchasing activities adhere to current procedures, with a focus on system housekeeping and administrative excellence.
  • Work closely with various departments to resolve stock queries, manage missed sales, and support site-specific requirements.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess strong buying and trading experience, with a strong desire to progress in a growing organisation. You will be driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment, always seeking the best margins and new business opportunities. You will be a confident and engaging communicator, able to work independently and as part of a team.
