We're looking for individuals who are passionate about care and committed to helping others. At Helping Hands, we support adults of all ages to maintain their independence and stay in the place they know and love.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Providing companionship and support with personal care
- Assisting with mobility and daily living tasks
- Overseeing medication and providing medical support
- Helping with household tasks such as cleaning and cooking
- Running errands and supporting with daily activities
As a Care Assistant, you'll work in a flexible environment with a variety of shift patterns available. We offer a range of benefits, including:
- Paid mileage of 35p per mile
- Early Pay App - request up to 50% of your pay in advance
- Referral scheme - earn up to £100 for referring a friend
- Access to holiday entitlement and pension scheme
- Apprenticeship opportunities and nationally recognised qualifications
