Job Summary:
As a Senior Administrator - Insolvency, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of administrations, receiverships, liquidations, and trading IVAs. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work flexibly and prioritize assignments and projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Set up, manage, and close cases on IPS to ensure all details are regularly updated and correct.
  • Attend client sites when required.
  • Closure procedures including reviews, closure forms, final reports, advertising, etc.
  • Draft initial letters, reports, and correspondence to stakeholders, agents, etc.
  • Liaise with senior staff on case progress and address problems/issues.
  • Keep IPS up to date, meeting deadlines.
  • Assist junior staff with their work, ensuring quality control.
  • Raise bills at the appropriate time.
  • Draft annual/final reports, proposals, and appendices.
  • Handle day-to-day issues on cases, such as tax queries, collecting book debts, paying invoices.

Requirements:
  • Relevant experience and technical knowledge within insolvency environments.
  • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate MS Office and IPS skills.
