**HOME ADMINISTRATOR**

**About the Role**

Our Home Administrator will ensure that all aspects of Administration, Finance and Roster Administration within the Home are kept up to date and are in line with Company policy as well as the current legislations. And like us, you'll always want to do the best you can and constantly look for ways to improve.

Jobs will include: Payroll administration, petty cash, ordering of supplies, homes rota administration, preparing sales contracts and preparing reports and other jobs as directed by the Senior Leadership Team.

You have a meticulous attention to detail and a drive to provide consistently excellent quality - whether that's front of house welcoming visitors or providing reports and information. You’re friendly, approachable and have excellent communication skills. You’re comfortable taking responsibility and calm under pressure.
