About the Role:

The Property Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are maintained to a high standard and that tenants and landlords are satisfied with the service provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out regular inspections of properties to ensure they are in good condition and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords to resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Managing the inventory and check-out process for properties, including dealing with deposits and ensuring that properties are returned in good condition.
  • Working with contractors to ensure that any necessary repairs or maintenance are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and landlords to provide a high level of customer service.

Requirements:

  • Experience in property management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including those related to lettings and property management.
