Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lease Advisory Surveyor to join our industrial lease consultancy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of lease consultancy work, including rent reviews and lease renewals, to produce the best possible results for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of the industrial lease consultancy business with investors, funds, and occupiers.
  • Negotiate rent reviews, lease renewals, and regears on behalf of landlords and tenants.
  • Conduct property inspections, negotiate with clients, and prepare third-party submissions as required.
  • Use strong research and analytical skills to identify and interpret market rental evidence.
  • Manage and prioritize a busy and developing caseload using good organizational skills.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of internal and external contacts to further develop business for Gerald Eve.
About You

We are looking for a MRICS qualified individual with technical knowledge of relevant legislation and case law. You should have experience in valuing a range of property types, with industrial experience being beneficial. You will be commercially aware, a strong negotiator, and able to work on your own initiative while being an excellent team player.

You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and an eye for detail. You will be proactive, flexible, and self-motivated with a real desire to deliver excellent customer service.
