We're partnering with the UK's leading lease restructuring advisor, a London-based expert with over 20 years of experience providing unparalleled advice and tailored services to corporate tenant clients.

This senior role involves handling sensitive and skilled negotiations on behalf of some of the UK's largest and most prestigious commercial tenants.

The business operates as an employee ownership trust, offering tax benefits on bonuses and financial ownership from the start.

We're seeking an individual who wants to become an equity partner of the business in the near future and aspires to be the future Managing Director.

An entrepreneurial spirit and desire to develop new business are essential for this role.

A minimum of 5 years' experience as a negotiator with a proven transactional track record, acting for commercial tenants, is required.

Competitive salary up to £110,000 plus a bonus of your salary or 25% whichever is higher based on a fee level threshold.
