Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Director to join our lease advisory team at Oyster. As a senior member of our team, you will play a key role in handling sensitive and complex lease negotiations on behalf of our clients.

About the Role

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a negotiator with a proven track record of successful transactions acting for commercial tenants.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and skilled negotiations, with a strong understanding of lease agreements and commercial property law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
