Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Adviser to join our team at the Financial Ombudsman Service. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a critical role in supporting the design, development, and implementation of high-quality, high-impact, and collaborative L&D solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and delivery of internal programmes, including core management and leadership development pathways.
- Handle sponsorship requests in line with policy and role requirements.
- Manage external partnerships to source best-in-class L&D products and services.
- Be the first point of contact for L&D queries across the organization.
- Complete procurement and data protection processes for contract renewal or projects.
- Analyze key data to inform decisions.
- Plan, schedule, and organize key L&D events.
Requirements:
- Experience in a learning and development environment.
- Account management of external suppliers.
- Experience in managing L&D projects.
- Workday experience.
- Understanding of digital learning creation processes.
