Director of Marketing and Communications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing and Communications to join our team at Emily's Entourage. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and support for our mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing and communications strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and content creation initiatives.
- Manage and maintain our digital presence, including our website, social media channels, and online communities.
- Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement a brand management strategy that reinforces our mission and values.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, including annual reports, press releases, and donor appeals.
- Manage contractors and vendors to support marketing and communications initiatives.
- Utilize analytics and reporting systems to measure the effectiveness of marketing and communications efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- At least 6 years of experience in digital marketing and communications, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing and communications strategies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to balance competing priorities.
- Proficiency in marketing technology systems and tools, including Google Analytics, WordPress, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
