Director of Marketing and Communications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing and Communications to join our team at Bryn Mawr College. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to promote the College's brand and reputation, drive enrollment and revenue growth, and enhance our relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a marketing and communications plan that aligns with the College's strategic objectives and promotes our brand and reputation.
- Lead a team of marketing and communications professionals to create and implement marketing campaigns, manage social media, and develop content for various audiences.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and departments to identify opportunities for marketing and communications initiatives that support enrollment, revenue, and community engagement goals.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key business, community, and cultural partners to develop marketing and promotional opportunities.
- Oversee the development and production of marketing, promotional, and collateral materials, including print, online, and electronic media.
- Measure the results of marketing and communications programs and take corrective action to ensure the achievement of marketing goals within designated budgets.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum five years of management experience in marketing and communications.
- Proven experience in marketing and enrollment management support.
- Experience with all forms of institutional publishing and communications.
- Experience in managing website content and social media platforms.
- Financial skills appropriate for budget management, financial projections, and research purposes.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office products, Constant Contact or other email marketing software, Adobe Creative Suite, Muck Rack, Buffer or comparable programs, and Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, or similar CRM/Development databases.
- Understanding of art and cultural marketing preferred.
