Job Title: Director of Marketing, Communications

Maternity Care Coalition is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing, Communications to lead our marketing and communications efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and communication plans to increase brand awareness and drive engagement with our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies to achieve organizational goals
  • Lead the marketing and communications team and provide guidance and support to team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Manage and oversee the development of marketing materials, including print and digital assets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, partners, and donors
  • Monitor and analyze marketing and communications metrics to inform future strategies
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the non-profit sector
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and communications campaigns
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team
