**Job Title:** Rehabilitation Activities Coordinator

Cygnet Health Care is committed to providing a high-quality specialist mental health service. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Rehabilitation Activities Coordinator to join our team at Cygnet Kenney House, Oldham.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

As a member of our team, you will work 42 hours per week, including alternative weekends, to develop, plan, implement, and oversee activities for the people in our care.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging leisure time activities to support mental wellbeing.
  • Plan and organize outings and events to promote social interaction and independence.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure effective activity provision and supervise staff as required.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify individual needs and preferences.
  • Oversight of promotional materials for events to ensure accurate representation.
