Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development and delivery of engaging activities, outings, and events for the people in our care. As a Rehabilitation Activity Lead, you will be responsible for planning and implementing activities that promote social interaction, personal growth, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering activity plans that meet the needs and interests of the people in our care
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of activities and events
  • Providing regular feedback to improve our services and support the development of our team
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in planning and delivering engaging activities, outings, and events
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of suitable activities and pastimes to support mental health service users
  • A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
