**Job Requirements**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rehabilitation Service Manager to join our team at Greater Manchester Mental Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of a small caseload of service users, working creatively within a multidisciplinary team to support them in achieving their goals.

As a Rehabilitation Service Manager, you will require excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage a team and work autonomously within the team. You will also have a good understanding of the principles of mental health rehabilitation and an awareness of the delivery of community mental health care.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a rehab setting or a community mental health setting, with experience of conducting assessments, identifying health and social care needs, and developing care plans.
