About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our CRM strategy and manage a global team of CRM specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and agree on the CRM platform strategy with business areas.
  2. Lead the advancement of business and user requirements.
  3. Maintain relationships with senior management in all business areas.
  4. Develop annual budgets and plans for the support and development of the CRM Platform.
  5. Oversee the management of a global team of CRM specialists.
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience in supporting Distribution (Sales, Client Relations, and Marketing) business.
  • Strong ability to drive a CRM strategy throughout the firm.
  • Excellent project management skills and customer-centric approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce and in-house investment management experience.
Compensation

$120,000 - $180,000 per year
