Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled General Practice Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in the East HSCP. The successful candidate will work with a cohort of patients as part of a multidisciplinary practice team, utilizing their clinical expertise to ensure quality and cost-effective prescribing within GP practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Use and develop clinical expertise, including independent prescribing where applicable.
  2. Work collaboratively with patients and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  3. Ensure quality and cost-effective prescribing within GP practices.

Requirements:

  • Master of Pharmacy Degree or equivalent.
  • Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council of Great Britain, with evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Clinical expertise, good communication, organisational, and IT skills.

Working Hours:

15 hours per week. You may be required to work over 7 days and/or an extended working day in accordance with AfC Terms and Conditions.

Driving Licence/Car Ownership:

A full UK/EU/EEA driving licence is essential for this role.
