We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Pharmacist Practitioner to join our team. As an independent prescriber, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

The successful candidate will have substantial experience as a qualified pharmacist, be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, and hold a postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy. You will also have excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an independent prescriber for scheduled and unscheduled care
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure ongoing patient care
  • Work autonomously, making clinical decisions and taking responsibility for patient care
  • Contribute to the development of our pharmacy service, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement

Requirements:

  • Substantial experience as a qualified pharmacist
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills
  • Ability to work effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals

Working Hours: 37 hours per week

UK Driving Licence/Car Ownership: Essential
