The Customer Insight Analyst role within the Industry Placements programme at BMW Financial Services GB, Farnborough, is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in data analysis and customer-centric initiatives. This 13-month placement allows you to work alongside our teams, focusing on consumer-centric projects that drive improvements in the customer experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out root-cause analysis to identify pain points in the customer journey. They will define and manage action plans, assisting in ongoing process improvement initiatives that directly impact the customer experience.

This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with strong data analysis skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant field, aiming for a minimum of a 2:2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out detailed analysis of customer survey responses within the BMW Group Customer Insight Programme
  • Conduct root cause analysis, utilising customer survey and complaints data to identify and progress areas for improvement through to implementation via business and IT forums
