Project Manager for Process Improvement

As a Project Manager for Process Improvement with Manpower UK Ltd, you will be responsible for site leadership in the planning and execution of engineering and maintenance projects. This role requires strong project management skills, with experience in managing projects from inception to completion, including budgeting and compliance with health and safety regulations. You will ideally be a qualified engineer with previous experience in the engineering function of a manufacturing site.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels. You will receive a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, plus 10% bonus, private healthcare, and future progression opportunities within the company.
