Job Title: Community Respiratory Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Respiratory Physiotherapist to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Community Respiratory Service, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with chronic respiratory conditions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide physiotherapy services to patients with chronic respiratory conditions in their homes or other community settings.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patients' needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve patients' respiratory function and overall quality of life.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • Registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Postgraduate experience in respiratory physiotherapy or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of respiratory physiotherapy principles and practices.
