We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team as a Community Respiratory Physiotherapist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality respiratory physiotherapy services to patients in their own homes.
Main Responsibilities- Provide autonomous clinical responsibility for a designated caseload of patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) within Berkshire West localities.
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy plans to improve patients' respiratory function and overall quality of life.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Conduct home visits to assess patients' needs and provide physiotherapy interventions in their own homes.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Post-graduate experience of working as part of a physiotherapy team and multidisciplinary team in Respiratory Medicine and/or Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
- Full UK driving license and access to a car for work purposes.
