Job Title: Community Respiratory Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Respiratory Physiotherapist to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Community Respiratory Service, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with chronic respiratory conditions.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering physiotherapy services to patients in their own homes, as well as in our community clinics. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with respiratory conditions, including COPD and asthma.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver physiotherapy services to patients in their own homes and in community clinics
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with respiratory conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote self-management and independence
Requirements:
  • Registered Physiotherapist with HCPC registration
  • Post-graduate experience of working as part of a physiotherapy team and multidisciplinary team in Respiratory Medicine and/or Pulmonary Rehabilitation
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes
