We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Respiratory Physiotherapist to join our team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Community Respiratory Service, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with chronic respiratory conditions.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide physiotherapy services to patients with chronic respiratory conditions in their homes or other community settings.
- Work collaboratively with the Community Based Respiratory Team, other care teams, social services, and physiotherapy managers to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy plans to improve patients' respiratory function and overall quality of life.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to address patients' physical and emotional needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and their families.
- Registered Physiotherapist with HCPC registration.
- Post-graduate experience of working as part of a physiotherapy team and multidisciplinary team in Respiratory Medicine and/or Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car for use to travel across sites and perform domiciliary visits.
- Competitive salary ranging from £28,407 to £34,581 per annum.

- Annual leave – 27 days for new starters, plus bank holidays. Increasing to 29 days after 5 years and 33 days after 10 years NHS service. Pro rata for part-time staff.
