Nurse Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Manager to join our team at Superior Healthcare. This is a unique opportunity for a registered nurse with experience in complex community care to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and is looking to take on a leadership position.
As a Nurse Manager, you will have the opportunity to oversee a small caseload of complex care clients and work holistically with clinical excellence.
Your responsibilities will include managing care plans, supporting the induction of new team members, and providing clinical care when needed.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' post-registration experience and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of community-based care, ideally complex care such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, and ventilators.
