About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities Team Leader to join our team at Hollywood Bowl Group. As a Facilities Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a small team to ensure that all equipment is maintained to the highest possible standard. You will also be responsible for keeping the centre maintained and complying with regulations, as well as liaising with the team and customers about any faults they experience while at the centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and motivate a team to achieve high standards of maintenance and customer service
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained to the highest possible standard
  • Keep the centre maintained and comply with regulations
  • Liaise with the team and customers about any faults they experience while at the centre
  • Provide ongoing training and development to team members
Requirements
  • Experience of supervising a team
  • Positive attitude and approach to everything you do
  • Ability to supervise and motivate a team to get the best out of them
  • Ability to work on own initiative, pro-actively seeking problems and faults with machinery
  • Good IT, literacy and numeracy skills
  • Be organised and able to plan workload effectively
  • Flexible around working hours
