Restaurant Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Team Leader to join our team at The Spitfire, a contemporary pub located in the heart of Kings Hill. As a Restaurant Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing our team to deliver an exceptional level of service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the management team in achieving business objectives
  • Undertake duty manager shifts and responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and safe working environment
