Teaching Assistant

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £95,000 per year
This role requires a Teaching Assistant to work with students of all levels of need in Oxford.
The ideal candidate will have Level 3 qualification or minimum 6 months experience in an educational establishment, good communication skills, and a good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines.
About Us:We are working with a range of SEMH, SEN, and mainstream schools to provide teaching assistants who can support students at any level of need.

- Develop and implement tailored plans to encourage desirable behaviors and skills
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to achieve student outcomes
