Insurance Executive – Growth Strategist

Our ideal candidate for this role will be a highly motivated and ambitious professional with a passion for developing new business opportunities in the commercial insurance sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a New Business Manager and drive growth through innovative lead generation, networking, referral schemes, and social media.
We are seeking a talented individual who can deliver outstanding customer service while advancing their career with us. The successful candidate will have a background in insurance sales, preferably commercial, but personal lines considered. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Acturis experience is a plus.
The role offers a competitive salary with profit share, auto-enrolment pension, enhanced sick pay, 22 days holiday + all bank holidays rising to 27 with service, Monday to Friday working, office casual dress code, wellbeing initiatives, and modern working environment.
