**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Midwifery and Gynaecology Nursing to lead our maternity and gynaecology services. The successful candidate will provide strong operational and professional leadership, overseeing and directing service response to day-to-day site operational pressures.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide strategic leadership to maternity and gynaecology services
* Oversee and direct service response to day-to-day site operational pressures
* Ensure transformative, effective, and efficient delivery of Trust services
* Support the delivery of the quality agenda and patient safety strategy
* Work closely with other organisations across the SW London and Surrey Heartlands Local Maternity System

* Strong leadership and management skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
