We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Deputy Clinical Lead to join our Hospice at Home team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide clinical care to children and young people with life-limiting conditions, supporting their families and carers in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring high-quality care and support for children and young people.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
- Day-to-day line management of the team, including appraisals, developmental reviews, and training.
- Maintain an overview of the day-to-day prioritization of care arrangements, including on-call arrangements and 7-day service delivery.
- Qualified RSCN/RN (Child Branch)/RNLD/RN (Adult branch).
- Significant post-registration experience with children/young people.
- Experience as a Band 6 Nurse.
- Post-registration experience in children's palliative/end of life care.
- Free onsite parking at the Hospice, Lark Rise, Loughborough.
