Customer Service Team Lead

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Starbucks - Cobra Coffee. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a team of baristas to create a positive and engaging store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead shifts and manage store operations, ensuring seamless execution of our operational policies and procedures.
- Coach and develop your team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Collaborate with the store leadership team to drive business results and implement new initiatives.
- Support the growth and development of your partners, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Set challenging goals and objectives to drive engagement and improve partner performance.
- 28 days holiday a year (including Bank Holidays)
