About the Role

As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling meetings with prospective customers. You will play a key role in building the sales pipeline by utilizing various channels such as marketing leads, social media, and self-generated prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted prospecting and lead-generation strategies to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and decision-makers within the target market.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with prospects through phone, email, and social media outreach.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure booked meetings are appropriately scheduled and prospects are well-informed.
  • Utilize advanced sales tools, including Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to enhance outreach efforts.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence in speaking on the phone and via email.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs, with a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
  • IT literate with experience in CRM software (Salesforce knowledge is a plus) and proficiency in tools like Excel and Outlook.
