Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Romford Grange, a leading provider of residential, nursing, and dementia care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide clinical support and care to residents, ensuring their physical and psychological needs are met.
* Administer and order medicines, maintaining timely and effective communication to achieve planned goals.
* Support with new admissions and discharges, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory frameworks.
* Develop and implement detailed care plans, including risk assessments and diet plans.

Requirements:

* Current NMC registration
* Good knowledge of clinical practices
* Experience in writing care plans and risk assessments
* Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including MCA/DoLs
