Beauty Counter Manager

A luxury world-renowned beauty company is seeking a dedicated Counter Manager for its new skincare brand, based in London.
The RoleAs a Counter Manager, you will drive business growth, encourage team members to achieve sales targets, and provide a personalized luxury service to clients.
- Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the Line Manager
- Participate in merchandise management and ensure it aligns with corporate guidelines
- Manage NSV budgets and ordering within time limits
- Conduct operational and administrative tasks, including rotas and sickness reporting
- Represent the brand as a brand ambassador at all times
- Build relationships with store management and adhere to store policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties as directed by the management team
Lead and coach your team to achieve sales targets, sell luxury products, and provide a high standard of service to customers.
- Proactively sell products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers
- Link sell across product categories to increase average pound sale and average unit sale
- Prepare and organize counter activities with Area Manager approval
- Book Beauty Room events
- Complete admin tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Exercise storytelling skills to educate clients on the brand's heritage and values
- Identify and maximize sales opportunities for each client
Proactively manage team members, identify coaching opportunities, and support with training.
- Manage stock levels in partnership with the Line Manager
- Grow business through events, appointments, and return bookings
Be knowledgeable about all brand products and recommend them to clients.
- Demonstrate products through consultations, makeovers, and hair product application
- Recruit new customers and develop relationships to gain loyalty
- Capture customers on the database following GDPR guidelines
- Educate clients on products and the brand

You will be able to demonstrate skincare and makeup application knowledge and, through excellent communication skills, identify key items that would suit the customers' needs. Finally, you'll present yourself impeccably, reflecting the values that the brand embodies.
