Lead a Culinary Team at Turtle Bay

We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to join our kitchen team and bring the magic of the Caribbean to life. As a leader, coach, and mentor, you will be responsible for driving standards, maximising sales, and developing your team's skills.

About This Opportunity:

This is a dynamic role that requires someone who can develop and implement recipes that showcase our Caribbean cuisine. You will also mentor and train junior chefs to achieve their full potential, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation throughout our restaurants.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Culinary Leadership: Develop and implement recipes that demonstrate our commitment to quality and innovation in Caribbean cuisine.
  2. Talent Development: Mentor and train junior chefs to enhance their skills and performance, contributing to the growth and success of our team.
  3. Kitchen Operations: Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation across all our restaurants, maintaining consistency and efficiency in our kitchen operations.
