Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a renowned multi-award-winning Restaurant in South Wales who are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join their team.

  • Extensive experience at multiple AA Rosette or 1 Michelin star or above, environment.
  • Be capable of demonstrating leadership skills calmly and in a professional manner.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Determination to succeed at the highest level.
  • Dedicated and excellent team player with a strong coaching mentality.
