We are seeking an experienced Chemical Process Development Lead to join our team in the UK. This key role involves contributing to all aspects of process transfer from CRD laboratories, producing API for customers, and aiding the development of commercial manufacturing processes.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing chemical processes, conducting batch planning and management, and ensuring documentation closure. Additional duties include providing input into the development and scale-up of safe, sustainable, and robust chemical processes, issuing campaign feedback reports, and participating in the implementation of new or underutilized manufacturing technologies and techniques.

A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including performance-related bonus, pension, life insurance, private medical insurance, income protection, and other insurance benefits, making this an attractive opportunity for those seeking a challenging role in process development.
