Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the preparation, formulation, and packaging of our innovative products
  • Ensuring production meets consistent demands and collaborating on continuous scale-up optimization
  • Collaborating in product development and prototyping, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with international norms (ISO:9001:2015)

To excel in this position, you should possess advanced degrees in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Material Science, coupled with 2-3 years of experience in a chemical setting. Your expertise in data analysis tools such as Matlab, Python, GAMS, and Excel is necessary, as well as strong project management and budgeting abilities.

Metalchemy offers a competitive base salary of £32,500 annually, influenced by experience, a comprehensive benefits package, including ESOP (Employee Stock Options), and a substantial holiday allowance of 25 days plus bank holidays.
