Job Description:

  1. Lead scale-up and de-risking activities within the Refinery Scale-Up team, ensuring efficient execution and minimal risks.
  2. Design and develop commercial refinery processes, collaborating with internal experts and external technology suppliers.
  3. Manage technical risks associated with refinery process design, using data-driven approaches to minimize risks and maximize efficiency.
  4. Prioritize and manage improvement capital projects, ensuring timely completion and maximum ROI.
  5. Develop expertise in key process technologies, including pyrometallurgical, hydrometallurgical, and chemical processes.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in process/chemical engineering or related field.
  2. Proven experience in process scale-up, from laboratory to pilot plant levels.
  3. Strong leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing engineering teams.
  4. Familiarity with process design principles and practices for mineral and chemical processes.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is up to £50,000 per annum, with an attractive benefits package, including life assurance, pension plans, holidays, and more.
