This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including generous holiday leave entitlement, pension scheme, and discounted rates on Apple products.
Job OverviewAs Senior Construction Curriculum Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Department in managing and enhancing the curriculum across our Multi-Skills & Trowel Trades areas. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the management and development of the curriculum, staff, and resources
- Driving student outcomes by maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment
- Supporting and inspiring both staff and students to reach their full potential
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Extensive teaching experience in a Construction-related field
- In-depth knowledge of the Further Education (FE) sector and relevant industry skills
- Current Health & Safety knowledge relevant to the role
- Excellent interpersonal, administrative, and communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities with a proven ability to meet deadlines
