Job Title: Senior Revenue Growth Manager

Princes Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Growth Manager to join our Commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability across our customer portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term revenue growth strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage a group of channel-specific customers to deliver revenue, profit, and market share objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate brand strategies into customer-ready plans.
  • Execute go-to-market price, promotion, and pack mix strategies for all UK brands across customer bases.
  • Analyze and report performance of implemented plans, taking action and sharing learnings as required.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in RGM, Commercial, Finance, or Buying with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across internal stakeholder groups.
  • A proven team player with adaptability and flexibility.
  • Strong data analysis and ability to turn insights into action.
  • Maintenance of product Food Safety, Legality, Integrity, Authenticity, and Quality standards.
