Head of Nursing Services

HCA Healthcare UK is recruiting a Head of Nursing Services to lead our Haematology team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled nurse leader to take on a new challenge and make a significant impact on patient care.
The role involves prioritising people, preserving safety and promoting professionalism and trust in effectively managing a number of wards, departments or teams to provide excellent, safe, effective and compassionate care throughout the 24 hour period.
The ideal candidate will have nurse registration, previous experience of managing teams of nurses and other healthcare professionals, evidence of a high level of clinical competence within defined specialties (Oncology & Haematology), consolidated experience in a clinical leadership role at or equivalent to Ward Manager or Matron, experience of managing resources within budget, workforce planning and management. Salary: £95,000 - £110,000 per annum, plus benefits package including private healthcare insurance, private pension contribution and critical illness cover.
