About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Lawyer to join our established UK-based legal team at NES Fircroft. As a key member of our commercial legal department, you will play a vital role in handling a variety of commercial and legal matters across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Provide top-notch recruitment engagement support.
  • Negotiate and advise on commercial contracts for services like permanent and contract recruitment, body and staff leasing arrangements, employer of record services, and service agreements.
  • Provide legal advice for new ventures in both new and existing territories, ensuring compliance and crafting solid commercial models in collaboration with key stakeholders and the wider legal and commercial team.
  • Maintain the integrity of commercial risk mitigation and ensure we stay in line with NES Fircroft's Schedule of Management Authority (SOMA).
Requirements
  • Qualified for at least 1 year with strong experience at either a law firm or an in-house legal department.
  • Experience negotiating commercial contracts and ability to seal the deal with confidence.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and deliver projects on time, every time.
  • Blend of commercial and legal expertise with a strong sense of professional integrity.
