About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Lawyer to join our team at NES Fircroft. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and advise on commercial contracts for services such as permanent and contract recruitment, body and staff leasing arrangements, employer of record services, and service agreements.
  • Provide legal advice for new ventures in both new and existing territories, ensuring compliance and crafting solid commercial models in collaboration with key stakeholders and the wider legal and commercial team.
  • Maintain the integrity of commercial risk mitigation and ensure we stay in line with NES Fircroft's Schedule of Management Authority (SOMA).
Requirements
  • Qualified for at least 1 year with strong experience at either a law firm or an in-house legal department.
  • Experience negotiating commercial contracts and able to seal the deal with confidence.
  • Thrives in high-pressure environments and can deliver projects on time, every time.
  • Brings a blend of commercial and legal expertise with a strong sense of professional integrity, adding real value to our organization and stakeholders.
