Job Description

Venaspace is a leading office space provider in the Southwest, with three sites in Bournemouth, Exeter, and Plymouth.

We offer unique office, co-working, and meeting room services, focusing on reducing our environmental impact and creating energy-efficient buildings.

This role oversees the smooth operation of Venaspace's established business centre in Exeter, a large multi-tenanted serviced office.

You will ensure the centres run smoothly, focusing on community building and exposure of Venaspace.

Your goal is to drive Venaspace's core values while delivering exceptional client experience and fostering a strong sense of community.

Venues like these are designed to enhance productivity, creativity, and collaboration among businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all building operations and ensure the smooth running of the centres.
  • Deliver the Venaspace client experience by putting clients' businesses at the heart of our product offering.
  • Arrange and attend viewings with prospective clients.
  • Create and lead community-building events across our centres to enhance the community experience.
  • E nsure compliance with Health & Safety and Fire Safety across our sites.
  • Inspect and arrange maintenance across the site.
  • Maintain a positive and productive relationship with clients.
  • Advertise and market available space to attract new clients.
  • Attend local networking events to promote space available and other services offered by Venaspace.

Apart from these duties, you will work closely with the Community Team to market and promote Venaspace services and come up with new ideas for marketing locally.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in delivering client experience, working within Building Management/Property management, and knowledge of rules and regulations surrounding Property Management.

Candidates should also possess competency in MS Office and relevant software, interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills, and well-organised time management skills.

The estimated salary range for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per year, depending on experience.
