Drive Success as an Automotive Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Business Manager to join our team in the UK. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for driving business performance and customer experience with our leading Automotive service, maintenance, and repair business.

About the Role

In this exciting role, you will provide productive management and leadership, focusing on driving profitability while delivering exceptional customer journeys. You will work closely with the Centre Manager and divide your time between the workshop, assisting with sales and customer service, and guiding technicians.

  • Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum
  • 5 days a week
  • Uncapped bonus of £7,100 per year

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent technical/mechanical ability or experience, good time management skills, and a current valid driving licence.
