We are seeking a Clinical Assessment Specialist to join our team at SJB Medical.

  • Assess individuals' disabilities or conditions' impact on work life, utilizing clinical expertise to produce concise reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).">
  • Meet people face-to-face or via phone/video, demonstrating sensitivity and compassion while upholding best practice standards.">
  • Work independently as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team.">

About You:

">

To be successful in this role, you should have NMC Level 1 registration as an Adult Nurse with at least 12 months broad-based clinical post-registration experience within the last 5 years. Experience in Surgical, Medical, A&E, Community, and Practice Nursing is preferred. NMC registration with Continuous Professional Development is also essential.

You should possess great oral and written communication skills, IT skills, and the ability to work independently and as a team member. Eligibility to work in the UK is mandatory.

This role offers a competitive salary, including a £1,000 payment after 6 months and £1,000 after 12 months, as well as a 10% quality-related bonus, 25 days annual leave, annual registration fees paid, comprehensive training program, full IT equipment, regular 1-2-1 reviews, and up to 6% employer-matched pension contribution.
