About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the development of bespoke assessment and intervention plans for individuals with autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the needs of individuals with autism are met
  • Develop and implement effective assessment and intervention plans
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and support to colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of our service's policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic)
  • Registered with the HCPC and BPS
  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience of working with adults with autism and additional needs
