Job Role

This role plays a critical part in driving business growth by developing and implementing effective learning and development strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth initiatives
  3. Analyze data to inform learning and development strategies
  4. Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their career development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development or talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and inform business decisions
